An insightful leader to achieve success in diversified business sectors, starting his career in year 2012 from Liquor retail industry and expanding his capacity towards Restaurant Industry, High-End-Cafes, Cider Manufacturing. Further, he is offering his specialized knowledge as a Finance Advisor to Usui Lanka (Pvt) Ltd which is a well-established multinational company headquartered in Kobe, Japan.

A food enthusiast who loves experimenting with various ingredients and creating dishes that are unique and infused with Sri Lankan culture. Melieza believes that good food is always the best way to show love. A home baker with a childhood dream of opening her own café, loves to travel and explore cuisines in different countries and bring the essence of it back home to incorporate into new dishes served at Café Ivy.
Melieza was a professional cookery student at SLITHM and worked at Cinnamon lakeside pastry kitchen to enhance her knowledge in practice. And she is the proud creator of our exquisite Menu that’s now available at Café Ivy!
